The system syncs directly with Asure Time & Attendance, pulling in work hours from time sheets, and it automatically calculates salaries, deductions, and taxes.

Payroll history is permanently stored for easy access, and users can generate reports such as labor distribution, job costing, and workers' compensation reports. Employers can also handle off-cycle payrolls, tax filings, and direct deposit processing directly from the system.

Employee record management & compensation tracking

Administrators can manage all employee information in a centralized database, including pay rates, tax settings, direct deposits, and employment history.

Asure maintains a detailed compensation history, making it easy to track pay changes over time. Users can sort, filter, and export data into Excel for analysis and reporting.

Document storage & compliance tracking

Asure's document storage system keeps all employee files, signed agreements, tax forms, and compliance documents in one place. Employers can upload existing paper files to create a fully digital HR document repository.
